We’re a family-owned business that designs, installs and manages innovative machinery for honey extraction, processing and packing facilities.
While we’re based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, we supply honey processors across New Zealand, Australia and beyond with top quality honey dying, honey extraction and honey recovery equipment. This helps processors speed up their production while reducing the need for upgrades, saving them valuable time and money.
We’re the only company in Australasia offering a guaranteed free audit of honey plants. We’re highly experienced in the design and engineering of advanced honey extraction and processing machinery, and we’re experts at training staff to use equipment in the most time and cost-efficient manner.
We offer ongoing maintenance to keep processing plants and profits humming, while Manuka Orchard (the storage arm of our business) enables the safe storage of honey to help increase profits.
Health and safety is paramount to the Manuka Engineering team, as is excellent communication and top-notch customer service. We offer bespoke, affordable and fresh solutions with proven results – give us a call today and we’ll show you (face to face) how profitable your business has the potential to be.
MEET THE TEAM
Born and bred in the Bay of Plenty, Logan has extensive experience in manufacturing and bespoke engineering in New Zealand and overseas. He has a thorough understanding of the honey industry thanks to five years spent upgrading a major New Zealand Manuka processing plant before focusing on Manuka Engineering full time in 2017. Logan is passionate about helping his clients thrive - as an engineer, his brain won’t stop working until he’s solved your problems!
Accounts & Administration
After spending more than 11 years in the banking industry, working her way up to Bank Manager, Tania was thrilled to establish Manuka Engineering with husband Logan as it presented a new level of freedom to spend time with their two young kids, Chloe and Joel (who are fifth generation on the family’s 10-hectare orchard). Tania manages the accounts and administration side of both Manuka Engineering and sister company, Manuka Orchard.
